Return window
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receipt, provided the part is in its original condition, uninstalled and unused, with the invoice and original packaging.
Non-returnable parts
Electrical parts, special-order items, and parts installed or damaged after receipt are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Refund process
After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Delivery fees are non-refundable except in case of a store error.
